  • Σύντομο Βιογραφικό Σημείωμα

    Ο Δρ. Ανδρέας Λιαρόπουλος είναι Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής στο Τμήμα Διεθνών και Ευρωπαϊκών Σπουδών του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς με αντικείμενο τις Διεθνείς Σχέσεις και τις Στρατηγικές Σπουδές. Αποφοίτησε το 2000 από το Πάντειο Πανεπιστήμιο, Τμήμα Διεθνών & Ευρωπαϊκών Σπουδών. Πραγματοποίησε τις μεταπτυχιακές του σπουδές το 2002 στο Τμήμα Διεθνούς Πολιτικής του Πανεπιστημίου Aberystwyth της Ουαλίας, με αντικείμενο την Πληροφόρηση και τις Στρατηγικές Σπουδές. Το διδακτορικό του δίπλωμα το απέκτησε το 2006 από το Τμήμα Πολιτικής και Διεθνών Σχέσεων του Πανεπιστημίου Swansea της Ουαλίας. Στα ερευνητικά του ενδιαφέροντα περιλαμβάνονται η διεθνής ασφάλεια, η πληροφόρηση, η στρατηγική, η ασφάλεια στον κυβερνοχώρο, η ευρωπαϊκή άμυνα και ασφάλεια και η ελληνική εξωτερική πολιτική. Επίσης διατελεί μέλος της Συντακτικής Επιτροπής των επιστημονικών περιοδικών Journal of Information Warfare (JIW) και Journal of European and American Intelligence Studies (JEAIS) καθώς και ερευνητής στο Research Institute for European and American Studies (RIEAS).
